§ 9.62.020 SALE OF BROAD-TIPPED MARKERS TO MINORS.
   It shall be unlawful for any individual to sell, offer to sell or cause to be sold, any broad tipped marker to any person under the age of 18 years who is not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
