§ 9.60.030 ENFORCEMENT.
   Enforcement of this chapter shall be pursuant to the policy statement dated February 23, 1990, as amended November 15, 1990, issued by the Chief of Police. The Chief of Police shall report semi-annually to the City Council on the enforcement of this chapter.
