§ 9.56.040 PENALTIES.
   Any person specified in § 9.56.030 of this chapter who does not submit a report as required or who knowingly submits a report with false or fictitious information shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months or by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
