§ 9.56.010 REPORTING TRANSACTIONS OF CERTAIN CHEMICALS.

   Any manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or other person who sells, transfers, or otherwise furnishes any of the following substances to any person shall submit a report to the Chief of Police of all of those transactions:

   (A)   N-methylephedrine;

   (B)   N-methylpseudoephedrine;

   (C)   N-ethylephedrine;

   (D)   N-ethylpseudoephedrine;

   (E)   Chloroephedrine.
