§ 9.48.070 ALTERATIONS—INSPECTION OF REGISTER.
   Erasures or alterations of the register required by § 9.48.060 shall not be permitted for any purpose. The register shall be made available for inspection by the City Manager or his or her designee during normal business hours, upon request.
