It shall be unlawful far any person in the city to act as a guard, lookout, doorman or watchman of any house, room, apartment, office or place used in whole or in part as a place where any game or device is played, operated, conducted, dealt or carried on with cards, dice, billiard balls, pool balls, or other device, for money, checks, chips, credit, or any other representative of value, including but not limited to the games prohibited by Cal. Penal Code § 330 and to the games and devices prohibited by Cal. Penal Code 330a.
