§ 9.08.010 “HIRE” DEFINED.

For the purpose of this chapter, HIRE shall be defined to mean anything of value or representative of a thing of value and whether represented by ticket, coupon, chip, or device of any kind whatsoever, or an order upon any person, firm, corporation or association for any goods, wares, merchandise or stock in trade.
