§ 8.36.010 SELLING OF CANDY OR BEVERAGE IN WAX CONTAINERS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell within the city any confection, candy, liquid or other refreshment in wax or paraffin containers, or other containers which, when discarded upon a sidewalk or street, will create a waxy, oily or greasy condition.
