§ 8.24.010 SALE, POSSESSION OR DISCHARGE PROHIBITED—EXCEPTION.
   The sale, possession or discharge of all fireworks is prohibited within the city. The provisions of this section shall not apply to public displays of fireworks conducted by licensed pyrotechnic engineers.
