§ 6.32.020 CONTROL OF VICIOUS OR DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
   No person owning or having custody or control of any dog, animal or household pet of a vicious or dangerous nature, shall permit it to run loose on or within the premises of such person in such a manner as to endanger the person, life or limb of any person lawfully entering the premises.
