§ 6.24.030 KNOWLEDGE OF BITE—DUTY TO REPORT.
   Whenever any person owning or having charge, care, control, custody or possession of any animal has knowledge that such animal has bitten any person, the person owning or having charge, care, control, custody, or possession of such animal shall report said fact forthwith to the Animal Control Officer. The report shall state the name and address of such person bitten, and any other information so requested by the Animal Control Officer.
