(A) No peddler, solicitor or itinerant vendor shall set up sales displays, sales tables, or similar paraphernalia either on public or private property for the purpose of peddling, soliciting or vending.
(B) No person shall engage in, conduct or carry on the business of peddler, solicitor or itinerant vendor within the limits of any one block for more than 20 minutes, and shall not, within a period of four hours, peddle, solicit or vend within the limits of such block.
BLOCK, as used herein, shall mean either side of the portion of any street between two consecutive intersecting streets.
