§ 5.38.060 PROHIBITED HOURS.
   No peddler, solicitor or itinerant vendor shall offer for sale, demonstrate, attempt to sell, solicit or attempt to solicit orders for goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind or character, or any article, materials or substance between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. of the following day.
