§ 5.38.050 REQUESTS TO LEAVE.
   (A)   No peddler, solicitor or itinerant vendor shall offer for sale, demonstrate, attempt to sell, solicit or attempt to solicit orders for goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind or character, or any article, materials or substance, at or in any place, residence, or dwelling, included but not limited to any house, apartment, or condominium after having been requested to leave such place or residence by a person or tenant in lawful possession thereof.
   (B)   No peddler, solicitor or itinerant vendor shall refuse to leave any place, residence, or dwelling, including but not limited to any house, apartment, or condominium, or any portion of the premises thereof, when requested to leave by a person or tenant in lawful possession thereof.
