§ 3.42.010 SHORT TITLE.

   This chapter shall be known as the "City of Monrovia Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance of 2019." The City of Monrovia hereinafter shall be called "city." This chapter shall be applicable in the incorporated territory of the city.

§ 3.42.020 OPERATIVE DATE.

   OPERATIVE DATE means the first day of the first calendar quarter commencing more than 110 days after the adoption of this chapter, the date of such adoption being November 5, 2019.
