§ 3.40.130 AMENDMENTS.
   All subsequent amendments of the Cal. Revenue and Taxation Code which relate to the sales and use tax and which are not inconsistent with Cal. Revenue and Taxation Code Division 2, Part 1.5 shall automatically become a part of this chapter.
