§ 3.40.090 ADOPTION OF PROVISIONS OF STATE LAW.
   Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and except insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of Cal. Revenue and Taxation Code, Division 2, Part 1.5, all of the provisions of Cal. Revenue and Taxation Code, Division 2, Part 1 are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth in this chapter.
