§ 3.16.030 PURPOSE FOR WHICH FUNDS MAY BE EXPENDED.
   All money in the special gas tax street improvement fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by, and subject to all of the provisions of Cal. Streets and Highways Code Division 3, Chapter 3.
