§ 3.12.010 ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Parks and Recreation Fund, into which all funds levied, collected or derived for recreational programs, park maintenance, development and improvement, street, tree planting and maintenance, shall be deposited. Expenditures from the account shall be in accordance with the budget for the department as adopted by the City Council.
