§ 2.52.100 FUNDS AND EXPENDITURES.
   The City Council shall provide the funds, equipment, and accommodations necessary for the work of the Planning Commission, and the expenditures of the Commission, exclusive of gifts to the Commission, shall be within the amounts appropriated for the respective purposes.
