(A) The Planning Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting in each month. Until such time as otherwise fixed by resolution of the Planning Commission, the place of meeting of the Commission shall be the Council Chamber of the City Hall, and the time of such meetings shall be the Wednesday following the second Tuesday of each month at the hour of 7:30 p.m.
(B) Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chairperson or three members of the Planning Commission by a written notice served upon each member of the Commission not less than three hours before the time specified for the proposed special meeting. Four members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
