(A) The terms of all members of the Planning Commission, the Community Services Commission, and all other appointive boards and commissions shall expire on the 30th day of June of the calendar year in which their terms are scheduled to expire.
(B) (1) The adoption of division (A) shall not be construed to shorten the term of office for any person who currently is a member of the Planning Commission, the Community Services Commission, the Old Town Advisory Board, the Library Board, the Historic Preservation Commission, and all other appointive boards and commissions, at the time this section becomes effective.
(2) The term of any board or commission member whose term would have expired December 31st shall be extended an additional six months to June 30th from the day the person's term is to have expired.
