There is hereby authorized and created a mobile intensive care unit to be known as the Monrovia Paramedic Squad, which shall be organized under the supervision and direction of the Fire Chief and subject to the limitations set forth in this chapter and Chapter 15.20 and to all other limitations imposed by law.
