§ 2.32.080 COMPENSATION FOR INJURIES RECEIVED WHILE ON DUTY.
   A reserve officer who is authorized for duty and is injured while in the performance of those duties within the scope of his authorization shall be entitled to temporary disability compensation for a period not to exceed three days; provided, that no other source of indemnity is available to compensate said reserve officer for such three-day period. Such compensation may be in an amount that actually compensates the injured officer but such compensation shall not exceed that of a regularly employed patrolman.
