§ 2.32.040 RECORDS KEPT AND CLERICAL WORK—REQUIREMENTS.
   All necessary secretarial records shall be made and kept, and all clerical work shall be performed within the regular Police Department of the city for and on behalf of the Police Reserve when such records are a part of any activity relating to the operation and management of the Police Department. All historical records, minutes of reserve meetings, and other recordings and data not required or covered by this section shall be the clerical responsibility of the Reserve Force. At least one copy of all such records shall be filed at the police facility and shall be a part of the permanent records of the department. The department shall furnish typewriter, paper, and other necessary office supplies for the proper recordation as specified by this section.
