§ 2.32.030 OFFICERS.
   From the membership of the Police Reserve, a Reserve Commander will be appointed. The Police Chief shall be the commanding officer of the group. In the absence of the Chief, the person designated to act as the Chief of Police shall act as the commanding officer at any time the members are on active duty or any other time the men are in uniform. A Reserve Coordinator shall be appointed by the Chief of Police from the members of the regular force. Such Reserve Coordinator shall have full responsibility for the Reserve Force and shall be answerable to the Chief of Police.
