§ 2.32.020 MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY—NUMBER LIMITATION.
   Any person not less than 21 years of age who shall meet the other qualifications elsewhere set forth in this chapter shall be eligible for membership in the police reserve, subject to all regulations prescribed in this chapter or in the bylaws of the organization. Membership shall be limited to 25 members, who shall be appointed by the City Manager, upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police.
