Before entering upon the duties of their offices, the City Clerk and City Treasurer shall each execute a bond to the city, both of which bonds shall conform to the provisions of the Cal. Gov't Code relating to bonds of public officers. The City Attorney has recommended and the penal sum of the bond of the City Clerk is hereby fixed in the amount of $10,000; and the City Attorney has recommended and the penal sum of the bond of the City Treasurer is hereby fixed in the amount of $50,000.
