§ 2.16.010 COMPENSATION—CITY CLERK.
   The salary of the City Clerk of the city shall be fixed by the City Council from time to time by resolution. Such salary shall be in full compensation for the duties and services to be rendered and performed by the City Clerk, as such, that now are or hereafter may be prescribed by law or legislation, or by direction of the City Council, to be performed as and in the capacity of City Clerk.
