§ 2.12.050 USE OF CITY HALL MEETING AND CONFERENCE ROOMS.
   Unless specifically designated in writing by the City Manager for use by members of the public and private organizations, meeting and conference rooms in City Hall are reserved for use by the City Council and the official boards and commissions of the city; other government agencies and officials, and nonprofit entities that contract with the city to provide services to the city or its residents may also use such meeting and conference rooms pursuant to reasonable regulations promulgated by the City Clerk.
