(A) The City Council of the city shall hold regular meetings on the first Tuesday and third Tuesday of each calendar month, at the hour of 7:30 p.m.; provided, however, that whenever such meeting day falls upon a holiday, such meeting shall be held on the first business day thereafter. The City Council may cancel a regularly scheduled meeting.
(B) The City Council may adjourn any regular or adjourned meeting to a date specified in the order of adjournment, and when so adjourned, the adjourned meeting shall be a regular meeting for all purposes.
(C) The place designated for all meetings of the City Council is the Council Chamber of the city, in the City Hall, 415 South Ivy Avenue, Monrovia, California, unless another location is designated by resolution of the Council.
