§ 2.04.040 APPOINTMENT—COUNCILMEMBERS—ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
   No member of the City Council shall be eligible for appointment as City Manager until one year has elapsed after the general election next following the date such Councilmember ceases to be a member of the City Council.
