(A) The town hereby creates a redevelopment commission to be known as the Monroeville Redevelopment Commission.
(B) The Monroeville Redevelopment Commission shall be composed of five members and shall be governed by and operated in accordance with IC 36-7-14-1 et seq. as that chapter may be amended from time to time. Each Commissioner initially appointed shall serve from the date of his/her appointment until January 1, 1997. Thereafter, Commissioners will serve from the first of January for one year until their successor is appointed.
