§ 33.02 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.

The Department of Economic Development shall assist a commission composed of three members, to be known as the "Monroeville Economic Development Commission." The members of the Commission shall be appointed and shall perform the duties and exercise the powers as provided in IC 36-7-12-1 et seq.
