All vehicles listed in § 75.01 must be in good working order, and if three or more complaints are received by appropriate representatives of the town regarding the condition of any such vehicle which is not in good working order, said vehicle must be moved off the town right-of-way until said vehicle is restored to good working order to be in compliance with this section.
