§ 75.02 PARKING ON TOWN RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   All of the vehicles defined in § 75.01 except trailers are allowed to be parked on town rights-of-way, but only one such vehicle per owner may be parked on those rights-of-way and only if such vehicle is parked in front of the primary residence of the owner of the such vehicle.
   (B)   No person in charge or control of any premises within the town, whether as owner, tenant, lessee, occupant or otherwise, shall permit or allow any travel trailer, truck camper, camper top, or similar camping outfit, trailer, boat or boat trailers to remain upon such premises at a place less than 20 feet from the inside sidewalk or 30 feet from the boundary of such premises if there is no sidewalk line.
