§ 73.40 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter is enacted pursuant to IC 14-16-1-22 and IC 14-16-2-23, and is supplemental to and shall be construed in conjunction with IC 14-16-1 and IC 14-16-2 as from time to time hereafter amended.
