§ 30.23 RECORDING ORDINANCES.
   (A)   Within a reasonable time after an ordinance of the Board of Trustees is adopted, the Clerk-Treasurer shall record it in a book kept for that purpose. The record must include:
      (1)   The signature of the executive;
      (2)   The attestation of the Clerk-Treasurer; and
      (3)   The date of each recorded item.
   (B)   The record or a certified copy of it constitutes presumptive evidence of the adoption of the ordinance.
