§ 151.01 DESIGNATION OF COUNTY PLAN COMMISSION.
   (A)   The Allen County Plan Commission is designated as the Plan Commission of the town pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of IC 36-7-4-410 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1947 as amended or supplemental thereto.
   (B)   The County Plan Commission so designated as the Plan Commission for the town by this section shall have all of the powers and duties granted to a plan commission of a town including the Town of Monroeville, pursuant to and as provided by IC 36-7-4.
   (C)   The town, by its duly elected, qualified, and acting Board of Trustees, does by this section ratify, confirm, and approve all acts of the County Plan Commission, in regard to the performance of its statutory duties and functions pursuant to and in accordance with the Acts of the General Assembly as the same may now apply to the town or as the same may apply to the town in the future.
