§ 150.23 UNSAFE BUILDINGS FUND.

   There is established in the operating budget of the Town Marshal an Unsafe Buildings Fund as required by the provisions of IC 36-7-9-14.

   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is directed to allocate such monies to the unsafe building fund as will allow it to accomplish its purposes as required in IC 36-7-9-14 and as otherwise required in IC 36-7-9 subject to approval of the amount allocated by this Board.
