§ 150.20 STATUTES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

All of the provisions of IC 36-7-9 are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, including the definitions of "SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST" as defined in IC 36-7-9-2; all of the provisions of that statute shall be in full force and effect in the town as if fully set forth herein.
