(A) The town hereby designates the Allen County Indiana Building Department as the town's agent to enforce on behalf of the town, pursuant to the provisions of IC 36-7-8-7, the county ordinances adopted under the provisions of IC 36-7-8-3, and the standards imposed by IC 22-15-2-7.
(B) The Allen County Building Department shall retain the fees collected by it pursuant to such county ordinance as its compensation for acting as such agent.
