§ 133.05 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any common gun, air rifle, pistol, fouling piece, pistol or firearms of any description, or to fire, or explode, or set off any squib, cracker, or any other thing containing powder or other combustible or explosive material, without written permission from the Board of Trustees, which permission shall limit the time of firing, and shall be subject to be revoked by the Board at any time after it has been granted.
