§ 113.04 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make any noise, disorder, or tumult to the disturbance of the peace, and quietude of the town, or to the annoyance of any of its inhabitants, or to permit such noise, disorder, or turmoil to be made in or about his house or premises.
