§ 131.02 INJURING LAWNS, GARDENS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon or injure, or cause to be injured, any grass plat or lawn, flower bed or garden, upon the lot or premises of another, whether the lot or premises be enclosed or unenclosed.
