§ 130.05 FRAUD; DECEPTION BY TRICK.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the town, by the practice of any trick, game, or device whatever, or by means of any false or fraudulent token, representation, writing or any false pretense, to defraud or obtain from another, any money or thing of value.
