(A) It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle or vehicle at any point along Park Drive or in any other location in the park, except in designated parking areas.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle or vehicle in the park after 11:00 p.m. (local time) through 7:00 a.m. (local time), except during an authorized event taking place at the park and then only in designated parking areas.
(C) It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle or vehicle at any point along Park Drive or in any other location in the park, except as follows:
(1) In entering and exiting designated parking areas;
(2) Over and along Park Drive;
(3) From the designated parking areas to the canteen; and
(4) When participating in a contest or special event approved in writing by the Board of Trustees for the park or the Town Council.
(D) It shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart in any location in the park, except as may be approved in writing by the Town Council for special events.
(E) It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle or golf cart over and along Park Drive in excess of 20 miles per hour.
(F) The permit of any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of this section may be immediately revoked by the Town Board or its designees.
