§ 97.06 COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to charge admission or to sell or offer to sell any goods, foods, beverages, merchandise, services, or anything of value in the park, without receiving the prior written consent of the Clerk-Treasurer, which consent shall be granted upon such terms and conditions as the Clerk-Treasurer may determine.
