It shall be unlawful for any person to use or utilize the playground, ball diamond, tennis courts, or basketball courts in the park for organized team play, without having made written application stating the date and time, on form provided, and tendering therewith the fee, as may from time to time be determined by the Board of Trustees, to the Clerk-Treasurer.
