§ 97.04 USE OF PAVILION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or utilize the park pavilion or the arena in the park for a public gathering, without having made written application stating the date and time on form provided, and tendering therewith the fee, as may from time to time be determined by the Board of Trustees, to the Clerk-Treasurer.
